Job Description( Section Manager and Manager operation)
-
Customer Service Management:
Organizing returns. Organizing orders and reservations. Dealing with complaints. Contacting more customers. Getting feedback from customers . Reacting to any changes in customer demand . -
Product Management
Ordering and organizing orders in sufficient quantities to guarantee customer satisfaction. Organization of merchandise in the store and stockroom (fitting alarms, controlling and counting merchandise, defining priorities for outgoing merchandise. Distributing garments received in the stockroom according to organizational criteria. Regularly informing store and product direction about
the acceptance of garments in the store, customers requests, etc. Obtaining information and passing it
on. Organizing sales and stock controls. -
Store image Making sure the stores image is maintained: window display, staff image (uniforms), furniture and other decorations, and relations with the cleaning company.

Coordination criteria: organizing work with staff according to photographic details. Changing the distribution of garments according to sales.

People Management:Organising rotas and holidays. Managing and motivating staff. Building up a healthy culture by fostering organizational Values and maintain over all discipline in the section. Impart
